- Place the support neatly around your lower waist from behind.

- Close at front with sufficient pressure with comfort.
- There is no time specific limit that one should wear the brace. Wear it for as long and whenever you would ike to.
- You may sleep in the brace if necessary however whilst lying in bed you should not need it.
